St. Swithin’s Bog Baronial Investiture Event July 16, 17, 18 New Germany Grove, Summerhill, PA. New Germany Grove, 1635 New Germany Rd, Summerhill, PA 15958 Hosted by the Barony of St. Swithin’s Bog – Johnstown , PA Come one and all and join the Barony of St. Swithin’s Bog in our weekend of celebration ! We proudly announce the Investiture of THL Caoileán Seanchaidh and Mistress Cynthia Loved of Tower………….and the 25th Anniversary of St. Swithin’s Bog! Come and celebrate with us as we reflect on the past and lift our hearts to the future. We will be once again be hosting the Seven Pearls Rapier Tournament. We welcome the Champions of our good cousins for the 9th annual Pearls Rapier Tournament. There will be additional Rapier, Armored Combat, Thrown Weapons and Archery events throughout the day. Site opens 4:00pm July 16 and closes 2:00pm July 18 New Germany Grove, 1635 New Germany Rd, Summerhill, PA 15958 There are no shower facilities available, but please feel free to bring your own amenities. The site is discreetly wet and above ground fires are permitted. Event Fees: Site: $10 per person, $5 for children (6-17), children 5 and under are free. A $5 (as of July 1, 2010) Non Membership Surcharge will be collected from those adults without proof of membership.
